I just want to express my personal thanks to all of you who have supported us so far, and I hope this support continues into the future. Your encouragement means the world to us and helps us make the game even better.

As mentioned before, our biggest wish is to purchase another PC with an RTX 4090 for rendering and use our old and current RTX 3090 PC exclusively for animations. You might have noticed that animations are missing in the Prologue, except for the drone footage on the beach. Having two PCs side by side would be incredible and allow us to multitask with both animations and renders simultaneously, bringing more depth to Hardenville.

A bit about me as the developer:

My name is Filip, and I'm currently the sole developer on this project. I'm really looking forward to expanding my team at some point, but that's not a priority right now. First, we're focused on saving up for another PC, then hiring translators, and after that, we'll see what the future holds.

Since Saturday, we've already received a lot of both positive and constructive feedback. We've decided to take a step back and make a few adjustments to the Prologue before continuing our work on Episode 1. The main reason is that we're missing some game mechanics that should align with the upcoming episodes, such as providing better choices, options to skip content, and selecting what not to display. Hardenville will contain The Prologue (current) and Episodes 1 to 9. These episodes will be roughly twice the size of the Prologue, and we anticipate needing 2-4 months between each major release, depending on factors like the number of characters in a render.

Here are some things we're currently working on to enhance the game:

- Improving certain renders

- Implementing options to enable/disable specific kinks like watersports

- Refining the gloryhole scene without mentioning the bartender

- Enhancing the love interests

- Creating new storyline branches

- Making slight alterations to the ending

- Providing optional display of consequences

- Revamping the replay system, adding one for the entire scene and one just for the lewd parts

The next release will be Hardenville The Prologue (0.1.1), and it will be available soon. Don't worry, these adjustments won't significantly delay Episode 1.

I also want to make it clear that Hardenville will not include NTR and won't have the MC sharing a threesome with another guy, so there won't be FMM content.

I'd like to mention that earlier this year, we started crafting our own furniture assets in Blender to bring a fresh and unique vibe to Hardenville. This will give the game a distinct look compared to the majority of visual novel creators who renders in Daz Studio with assets just from their store. Check out some images below that we've created, drawing major inspiration from IKEA.
